I was reading this article of the official SSB wiki about shield breaking:
Certain moves, like Marth's fully charged Shield Breaker, can break shields in one hit.

Byleth, Ike, Marth, Lucina, Roy, and Chrom only needs one hit to pull off the task while Corrin needs one attack to do it (by charging forward smash against a shield before releasing).
