As Symmetra, your ultimate is to place a teleporter.

I don't see any option to move the teleporter and as long as the teleporter is active, you do not build your ultimate's strength.

Is there any way to destroy or move the teleporter?

How does symmetra teleporter work?

Symmetra places a temporary teleporter exit pad at a distance and connects it to a teleporter entry pad at her current location. Allies (and some of their abilities, such as Junkrat's RIP-Tire) can travel from the entry pad to the exit pad instantly.

Where should symmetra turrets be placed?

Aggressive turrets are placed behind enemy lines and are usually hidden in corners. They force the enemy to turn around and can score a quick elimination. Defensive turrets are placed in chokes and/or pathways to give early warning if the enemy team is approaching.
