When Ana shoots, the healing or damage effect is applied over a short interval. Assuming a second shot lands before this interval is up, will the target receive double the healing or damage? Or does the second shot override the first shot?

Does Ana heal more when scoped?

Yes, I'm scoped 85% of the time. Scoping in is pretty handy what with the hitscan factor. Even just removing the travel time from her shots means Ana is able to produce more responsive healing that will land more consistently.

How much healing does one Ana bullet do?

It also instantly heals 250 HP, unless an opposing Ana has debuffed the target with Biotic Grenade.

Does Anna double heal amp?

Only Ana and Baptiste can double their healing through Amp Matrix; should this be changed? As mentioned by Overwatch Central, Brig, Lucio, Zen, and Moira do not double their healing through Amp Matrix. The only healing that gets doubled is Baptiste's right click, Ana's left click, and biotic grenade.
