Oculus rift cv1 - some games are not displaying video in the headset

Oculus rift cv1 - some games are not displaying video in the headset - Side view of concentrated young guy in casual clothes experiencing virtual reality in modern headset at home

I have selected "Unknown sources" in my settings. I can see every game i download from the oculus store but when i try to play for example Affected or other steam vr games i only hear the audio, i do not see any image. I have a white light in the headset when running games and i have every cable properly conected.

Has anyones faced this problem?

Thanks

Why is my Oculus showing a black screen?

To fix the stuck black screen on startup after the update on Oculus Quest 2 you need to apply a thin tape on the Proximity Sensor. Now the headset will remove the black screen and show the images through the lens.

Is the Oculus Rift CV1 still supported?

Production of the CV1 concluded in March 2019, being succeeded by the Oculus Rift S. Meta have stated that it will continue to provide software support to the CV1 "for the foreseeable future".
