Minecraft logging me out

Every time I load Minecraft's launcher it logs me out. Also when I load lunar client I have to log in. I've tried changing passwords as well. Nothing has worked please help me I cant figure this out.

Why does Minecraft keep logging me out of my Microsoft account?

I had this issue. I corrected it by deleting the Minecraft save data for the user (System Settings -> Data Management -> Delete Save Data). After doing that, the next login stuck. Also close the game completely after each play and this won't be an issue.
