Unfortunately as of yet no one knows how the Warden mob is actually going to work in-game. This is because the Warden does not currently exist on any official update releases or snapshots.

How do you sneak past the warden in Minecraft?
If you are near a Warden, your vision is also affected by this darkness. If you opt to sneak around, the Warden will harmlessly pass by as long as you stand still and don't make a sound. Throwing snowballs can help distract the Warden long enough to slip past. How do you stop the warden in Minecraft?
If you want to avoid the Warden while moving around the Deep Dark, make sure to crouch and sneak. Sneaking does not cause vibrations to travel through nearby Sculk, allowing you to move around without setting off Sculk Shriekers. How do Sculk sensors work?
Sculk sensors can detect vibrations in a 9 block radius around it. A vibration is caused by many noisy events, such as a player gliding with elytra, a piston extending or a wet wolf shaking itself off. While sneaking, a player is not detected when walking, falling, or shooting a projectile. The Best Way To Kill The Warden In Minecraft
