Where are the AR Markers for Bravely Second?

I completed the game and got what I think is the false ending. Along with New Game Plus, I have the AR Movie option on the title screen for my save data.

When I go into it, I get a message telling me I can go to http://www.nintendo.co.uk/bravelysecond to get them. When I go to that URL on my PC to download and print out the AR Markers, the URL changes to https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Games/Nintendo-3DS/Bravely-Second-End-Layer-1027213.html

I can't see anything on any of the pages or the official site about these AR Markers while the Bravely Default site has a link/button before the "What you need to know" section which had the AR Cards for Bravely Default.

I know there has to be at least one different card, as the example card shown is Pope Agnès not Vestal Agnès.

Where are these AR Markers that are supposed to be on the website?

Does Bravely Default come with AR Cards?

The box copy of Bravely Default came with an instructions poster which has a picture of the fairy sitting on a rock (crystal). That's the AR Marker that the game wants to see when it starts up. It uses the AR Marker as a real world reference point for a short "interactive" cut-scene when starting the game.

How do you use bravely second in Bravely Default?

All you have to do is press the start button any time during battle and you will be able to get a free move in. There are other benefits to using Bravely Second, as not only can you get in more attacks, but you are also raising the standard damage limit from 9,999 to 999,999.

How does bravely second work?

Bravely Second is powered by Sleep Points (SP), which bear resemblance to Brave Points. Like Brave Points, there is a limit of 3 SP that can be stored at any one time. SP can be used in advance, but once negative numbers are reached, the player will be unable to use Bravely Second until more SP is gained.
