Wall of Flesh Glitch or Bug

When I summoned the Wall of Flesh, it came with no eyes, mouth or Hungry, but the Wall still gave the tounge Debuff, how to I get rid of this bug or glitch or avoid it? This is also Wii U 1.2.4.1 desktop or better known as 1.08 update.

Sorry, I can't get a screenshot, but I can tell you that I would summon it the regular way you would summon the Wall of Flesh.

Can the wall of flesh spawn randomly?

The Wall of Flesh spawns every time a Guide Voodoo Doll is destroyed in the lava of the Underworld while you're in the Underworld. It doesn't matter if you drop it in yourself, or if a Voodoo Demon dies while over lava, causing his loot to become engulfed in firey goo.

Can you refight wall of flesh?

After you spawn the Wall of Flesh, your Guide will be killed. After you defeat the Wall of Flesh, you CANNOT fight it again immediately. You have to wait for the Guide to come back before you kill it again to spawn the Wall of Flesh.

How long does it take for wall of flesh to Respawn?

To summon the Wall of Flesh, you must throw a Guide Voodoo doll into the lava of the Underworld. Throwing the doll in any other lava pit will not summon Wall of Flesh. Upon throwing the Guide Voodoo doll in the lava, the guide will be killed, however he will respawn the next morning if an event isn't in progress.
