Railroads to different civilization capital gives production bonus?
In Civilization 5, does a railroad connection from my civilization capital to a neighboring player's capital give a bonus?
The fandom Railroads entry clearly explains the bonus for a railroad connection from my own capital city to a different city. I was wondering if it applied to a different player's capital. This would be similar to how a Caravan to a different player's empire can give better bonus than a Caravan among cities in my own empire.
