MGSVPP: Farming Staff

MGSVPP: Farming Staff - Woman Wearing a Basket on Her Back Working on a Plantation

I accidently dismissed all my staffs of ~700 persons down to just 6: Huey, Miller, Ocelot, Quiet, Silent Basilisk, Ziang Tan. Whom are locked, if not they'd probably gone too. Yeah, I know, stupid me.

The last couple of days I've been grinding to raise my staff count back, even recruiting low ranks with all E stats. Before that I dismissed anyone who doesn't have at least one A, and only recruited ones with at least one yellow stat (i.e. A+ up).

Currently I'm at 254 persons. Still a lot to go, even more if I want to go back at my standard of at least one A.

So, any suggestion how to quickly raise my staff count? Currently my method is free roaming with Quiet and have her stuns all soldiers with Cover Me/Guilty Butterfly combination.

How do you get the S ++ staff in mgs5?

MGSV: Phantom Pain - Easy S++ Rank Staff (Metal Gear Solid 5)
  • SELECT FOB EVENT AND CHOOSE A PLATFORM. 1:11.
  • STEP 8 FULLFILL MISSION TASKS FOR EVENT POINTS. 3:11.
  • GO BACK TO THE FOB EVENT. 5:22.
  • FIRE WEAKEST STAFF FROM SAME PLATFORM. 7:19.

  • How do I get s soldiers in mgs5?

S+ and S++ soldiers NEVER spawn in single player, those only come from FOB missions and rewards from the PF league thing. To increase the odds of S soldiers spawning on the field, you need to raise your overall MB level above 280.

Where are S ++ soldiers in MGSV?

You get 6 S+ and 6 S++ guys for finishing the main missions. After that you only get them from the FOB rewards. Or go to nexus and get mods that allow them to get spawned in the field.
