Is there way to fix save files? - Top view of specialized vehicles with lights on repairing road and laying asphalt and concrete at night

I used Cheat Engine while playing game now the games keeps crushing after checking downloadable content. What should I do? I don't want to play from the start as I'm now lvl 53.

If you are using Steam to play, the save file should be in "\Steam\userdata\ YourUserID \351970\remote". The save file should end with the extension *.to12sav. Make a copy of this file(s) and save it in a safe place. Uninstall and then reinstall the game and see if this fixes your issue.
