How to avoid romancing jack but not making her mad? (Plus Tali and Liara)

I've manage to avoid Miranda romance now she replies with the neutral response of shes got work to do and avoiding going on the left of Kellys' speech options. I like talking to the crew(and getting those paragon points) but now after her loyalty mission she asked if I have feelings for her. How do I tell her no without her getting frustrated and telling you not to talk to her anymore, or becoming disappointed and not wanting you to come around for awhile? The same goes for tali, how do I go about paragon choices without romancing tali accidentally? Doing the shadow broker and not having a romance situation with liara I've heard about?

Will Liara be mad if you romance Tali?

Basically, you won't be penalized if you start with Liara in 1 and go with Tali in 2 and 3. Liara's not going to be a pain and keep info from you or whatever over it. At most, there might be a snarky comment or two, but that'd be about it.

An option for casual sex will appear during an earlier conversation with Jack, though if you go through with this then after the scene she will no longer talk to you and a main romance with her is locked out. Doing this will not affect a main romance you are pursuing with either Miranda or Tali, so can be combined.
