How does health regen work lol?

Health regeneration (also known as HP5) is a stat similar to mana regeneration which determines the amount of health a champion regenerates over a five-second period. This happens in half-second intervals.

"Health Regeneration" is a Legendary skill in Dying Light. Skill increases level of health Crane can regenerate without med packs. Base value is 25, with Health Regen II value is 45. On Hard and Nightmare Mode mode this skill also increases amount of health restored by med packs by 2.5 per skill point.
