GOG Galaxy has lost my Pillars of Eternity install

I've been playing Pillars of Eternity from GOG, and I just bought the White March DLC. It downloaded and installed the first part just fine, but it said downloading the second part failed, and suddenly the game isn't playable anymore.

I went to the folder to try to run it directly, and I found that PillarsOfEternity.exe is now a 0 KB file!

I restarted Galaxy, and now the game isn't in my list of games at the left, and if I try manually scanning for it using "Scan and Import Folders," it doesn't register as a valid game.

Does anyone know how to fix this without having to re-download 20+ GB of content?

Does uninstalling GOG delete games?

How do I change where my GOG games are installed?

You can change this in the GOG GALAXY Settings panel. To access it, click the cogwheel icon in the top left, and select Settings. Switch to the Installing, updating tab.

How do I manually install a GOG game?

To install your GOG game, please go to "GOG.COM" tab under the Games list on the left side, click on the title you wish to install and click the Install button on top of the page. Pick the directory you want to install your game to and press Continue. The install button will change to display the installation progress.
