Disabling out-of-map rendering in Rocket League

Disabling out-of-map rendering in Rocket League - White Paper Rolls on White Table

I am trying to play Rocket League on a core i7-4610m, 8gb RAM, and a SataIII SSD. I struggle to get 30 fps consistently at 720p. My display is 1080p. I have asked Psyonix, to no avail, to make a checkbox to disable rendering outside of the field. There are hundreds of background objects, some even being animated, that take up a large chunk of processing power. If I could disable rendering of them, I could probably get 45+fps at 1080p. Wondering if anyone has any idea how I would do that.

How do you get out of the map in rocket League?

Did you set 'Render Quality' to anything other than High Quality? Anything below that will render the game at a lower resolution, which will make the game look blurry as those resolutions aren't native to your monitor.

Why is my rocket league so pixelated?

In video games, most games display at 30 or 60fps. The debate over which is better spans several decades, but it mostly comes down to personal taste. 60fps may look and feel better, but for others, 30fps provides a far more 'cinematic' experience.
