Once you have tracked down all 28 Unown in Pok\xe9mon Legends: Arceus, that's the end of the scavenger hunt. However, the game won't limit you to just one of every Unown variety. After you've collected all of them, Unown will start to spawn in the Solaceon Ruins. Some will even be shiny and Alpha-sized.
